A word on consent at work events

Tell people the album exists and that photos of them may appear in it, give them a way to ask for something to be removed, and check whether your organization already has a policy on internal photography. Is there an app for sharing photos at a company event?
You do not need one. Cloudsnap works in the phone browser, so attendees scan a QR code, enter an email and a 6-digit code, and upload. Nothing to install means nothing to clear with IT and nobody excluded because they would not download software for a work party.
Who controls which photos appear in a company album?

Can we use this for a conference as well as a party?
