What you get

  • No apps, no passwords

    Guests enter an email address and a 6-digit one-time code. Nothing to install and no password to forget. It works in the phone browser they already have open.

  • You decide what appears

    Every guest waits in a queue only you can see. Approve them, reject them, or revoke access later. Switch on auto-approve if you would rather it ran without you.

  • Private by default

    An event is private unless you choose otherwise. It does not appear in search engines unless you, as the organizer, opt in to being searchable. You control who gets in, with an open link or with join requests you approve.

  • Your event gets its own page

    Pick from 8 event types and 18 themes. A christening page and a conference page should not look the same, so they do not.

  • Uploads that survive bad venue Wi-Fi

    Large videos and iPhone HEIC files resume from where they stopped if the connection drops. Guests never start an upload over. Up to 50 MB per photo and 1 GB per video.

  • Pricing you can read in one line

    Your first event is free, with 0.5 GB of storage and every feature. Paid plans are a one-time charge plus a small yearly renewal, with unlimited guests on every plan including the free one.

  • No GPS, no hidden metadata

    GPS and camera data (EXIF) are removed automatically from every photo and video before it appears in the shared album. Your guests never have to think about what their camera recorded.

What Cloudsnap is not

Cloudsnap is not cloud photo storage or a backup service, not a file-transfer tool, not a photo editor, and not a social network. It collects the photos from one event, shows them to the people who were there, and then gets out of the way. If you want somewhere to keep every photo you have ever taken, you want a different kind of product.
