What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes 1 event, 0.5 GB of storage, every platform feature and 30-day photo retention. No card required.
What does “one-off + yearly renewal” mean?
You pay once to activate the plan (e.g. €49 on Basic) and then a small yearly renewal (e.g. €25/year) to keep your events and photos active. There is no monthly subscription on any plan.
Is there a guest limit?
No. Every plan, including the free one, has unlimited guests. The plans differ in storage, number of events and retention period.
How long do my photos stay available?
Retention is 30 days on the free plan and 365 days on every paid plan, plus a 30-day grace period before deletion. You get notices before every deletion, so you can download or renew.
What is the difference between the plans?
